Here I have a magnificent Spanish Gold 4 Escudos from a deceased relative that had brought it back from a trip and had had a local fine jeweler custom fit a frame and hanger for it. It has great definition on each side as you can see and an unusual hanging pendant that will generate a lot of conversation, and was never worn or used. I don’t know anything about this cob’s history, so I have taken a number of very clear close-up photos for your examination of you sunken treasure enthusiasts. Good luck Swabby.
